Raised in Colombia within a family touched by the magic of Macondo, I was surrounded by rich culture, fearless voices, and stories that fueled my imagination.
With a thick accent I proudly carry, I began my career in Miami producing telenovelas at Telemundo Studios. That experience gave me a strong foundation in production and the business of storytelling, and it fueled my move to New York to pursue bigger dreams. In New York, I found my path at the intersection of creativity and technology, becoming a post production and operations leader who bridges engineers, technicians, and creatives. Over the years, I’ve become an expert in post production, content delivery, and broadcast operations, guiding teams through the evolution of media from network television to streaming and digital platforms. My work has been recognized with a Technology & Engineering Emmy Award and a Webby Award for Diversity and Inclusion, milestones that reflect the impact of dedication, creativity, and vision.
Now, I lead media and broadcast operations at sea, where I manage technical systems and oversee content that reaches guests from many cultures. My teams not only produce training and promotional content but also curate programming tailored to each voyage and itinerary. Every project is designed to enhance the guest experience and reflect the diversity of audiences onboard, creating meaningful connections across borders.
