Adriana Serrano

Producer and content leader passionate about storytelling, innovation, and community impact

About me

Raised in Colombia within a family touched by the magic of Macondo, I grew up surrounded by rich culture, fearless voices, and stories that fueled my imagination.

With a thick accent I proudly carry, I began my career producing telenovelas at Telemundo Studios in Miami before moving to New York to pursue bigger opportunities. Over the past two decades, I’ve built a career leading production, post production, content delivery, broadcast, and streaming operations for some of the industry’s most recognized brands. My work has been recognized with a Technology & Engineering Emmy Award and a People’s Voice Webby Award for Diversity and Inclusion, but the achievements I’m most proud of are the teams I’ve built, the challenges I’ve solved, and the content I’ve helped bring to audiences around the world. Throughout my career, I’ve helped launch television networks, streaming platforms, digital brands, original series, and operational frameworks that support content at scale.

Now, I lead media and broadcast operations at sea, where I manage technical systems and oversee content that reaches guests from many cultures. My teams not only produce training and promotional content but also curate programming tailored to each itinerary. Every project and every voyage is designed to enhance the guest experience and reflect the diversity of our audiences, itineraries, and crew, creating meaningful connections across borders.

I am passionate about bringing together creative, technical, and operational perspectives to solve complex challenges and create meaningful audience experiences. Whether on land or at sea, I believe great stories have the power to connect us, broaden perspectives, and leave a lasting impact.

The journey continues, fueled by curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love of storytelling.
